If you own multiple workspaces, you can import users from one of these workspaces to another.
From the Users tab on the Admin page, click the Import Users... button. The Import user data dialog box will appear.
The Import user data dialog box allows you to import users from other workspaces.
Using the Workspace drop-down menu, select the workspace which you would like to import from and press Import... This will prompt a second dialog box to appear, which contains a list of all users in the selected workspace.
The Import users dialog box displays a list of all users in the selected workspace.
Select the users that you would like to import by ticking the boxes next to their details. You can also select a role for these users from the Role for new users drop-down menu.
Once you are happy with your selections, click the Import button. The selected users will now be displayed in the table on the Users tab.
