The Latest Changes page: Monitoring workspace activity

This article explains how to monitor recent changes made to the documents in your workspace.

The Latest Changes page allows you to keep up with recent activity on your workspace.

From this page you can find out which documents have been assigned to you, and view recently uploaded documents and new notes.


Assigned documents

Assigned documents are documents that have been categorized with a document type which contains the User Selection property. To learn how to create document types, see the article, Creating a Document Type’.

Documents which have been assigned to a specific user using a document type will be displayed on that  user’s Assigned section on the Latest Changes page.


Documents which have been assigned to users with a document type will be displayed under the Assigned section of the Latest Changes page.


Recently uploaded documents

The Recently Uploaded Documents section displays a list of the most recent documents which have been uploaded to the workspace. This list includes an image of the first page of the document, the name of the user that uploaded it, the date it was uploaded, and the number of annotations which have been applied to it.

Above the list of documents, there is a filter which allows you to filter the list according to a number of properties: the user who uploaded the documents, the tags applied to the documents, and how long ago the documents were uploaded.


The documents filter allows you to filter documents according to a number of their properties.


Notes

The Notes section displays a list of all annotations that have been applied to documents on the workspace. The list includes information on the text of the note, the document to which the note is applied, the date on which the note was created, the author of the note, and the list of recipients that the note can be viewed by.


The Notes section displays all annotations which have been applied to documents on the workspace.

The Notes section also has a filter, which allows you to filter the list according to the user who authored the notes, the tags applied to the notes, and how long ago the notes were created.


The notes filter allows you to filter notes according to a number of their properties.
