The Annotation Editor is used to create and edit your annotations. It will appear every time you create a highlight on a document.

The Annotation Editor includes several features for organising and personalising your highlights and annotations.
The Comments Box: The Comments Box is the large box in the centre of the Annotation Editor. Using the Comments Box, you can add text to your annotations. Comments on annotations can be made in either plain or rich text. To switch to rich text, click on the ‘Abc’ button at the top of the Annotation Editor.

From the rich text editor, you can also add images to your annotations.
Changing the style of highlight: At the top-left of the Annotation Editor are two buttons which can be used to change the style and colour of your text-highlights and highlight-boxes.
From the Annotation Editor, you can change the style and colour of your text-highlights and highlight-boxes.
Changing the colour of your highlight will also change the colour of the Comments Box.
Annotate.co includes a number of different styles of text-highlight: Colour-highlight, Underline, Insert, Strikethrough, Edit, and Link. You can also change the border colour, shape, and style of your highlight-boxes.
