the variety of colors, fonts, and inserts into the annotation boxes will be very useful in sorting annotations by type or subject throughout a single or even between multiple articles. We are already able to do this to a more limited degree in the new "Bookshelf" series of books; now I need to discover if we can incorporate tools in Bookshelf as well for more consistency.

The annotation editor is a great way to allow students the ability to organized their reading materials. For those who like to get creative they can edit the text, color and font that is inside of the highlighted box, placing more emphasis on certain chapters if they wish, etc. I love bright colors and have utilized the annotation editor for the articles located on our Bookshelf. I must say I have not written notes, but I found that the audio readings to the researcher option is also a great way to educate and inform the researcher what is taking place in an article.
